I’ve had my Alienware laptop for a few months now, and I was bracing myself for chaos, but the software has been weirdly solid. Like, no random crashes, no cursed updates nuking my settings, nothing dramatic at all.

Command Center opens fine, my fan profiles actually save like they’re supposed to, and my games haven’t been stuttering because of some background nonsense. That was the thing I was most worried about, so the fact that it’s been smooth feels like a small miracle.

The only tiny complaint is that it can take a little while to load sometimes, and for two seconds I act like the whole system is falling apart, but then it’s fine. Overall, I’m genuinely happy with how stable it’s been.
